Pinpoint was a pleasure to work with.  Zach as project manager was very helpful and accessible; on-site staff were all personable and conscientious.  We used a total of five colors in various combinations on the property, which they handled well–including three colors on a long row of spindles.  The project was finished on time and on budget.  I would definitely hire them again, and highly recommend them.

Our house is over 100 years old, so we did not know what to expect. The walls look new; they are lovely! The team was engaging and responsive, respectful of our schedules and possessions. We will be enjoying their work for many years.

Doug, one of the owners, provided the quote. He was very professional and personable. He explained the work and the cost. The estimate was the final amount. No surprises. Doug and Kristen were very attentive to questions and quick with responses. They kept us informed along the way. Doug was there on the first day of the job to make sure the crew understood what was to be done and if we had any questions. The crew showed up when promised and were very professional and courteous. They made sure we knew what they were going to do and the time frame involved. They cleaned up every day and left the property clean when done. The house is all wood and a large area to paint. They paid attention to the small details and made sure everything looked right. They did a great job and the house looks beautiful! Doug came back after the job was completed to do a final walk around to make sure we were satisfied. Everyone was focused on customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.
