I contacted Pinpoint Painting to paint a great room, upper, lower hallways, and foyer of our home. Zach showed up on schedule, took a lot of time to discuss our needs, and said he would follow up with a written quote. He also offered to paint sample patches on our walls, and send us an image of what the room would look like once we had decided upon a color. And he did just that! His courteous and professional demeanor, coupled with his sense of true customer service is what sold us! There were no hidden costs, fees or extra add-ons-just what his quote had indicated. The work was completed, when scheduled, by an extremely personable and seasoned painter, and looks beautiful. Zach came to check on the job once it was completed, to look it over, and to make sure that we were satisfied with the work, which we were! We get complements on the thoroughness, neatness, attention to detail and just overall look of the painting. I highly recommend this company and would hire them again!

Doug, one of the owners, provided the quote. He was very professional and personable. He explained the work and the cost. The estimate was the final amount. No surprises. Doug and Kristen were very attentive to questions and quick with responses. They kept us informed along the way. Doug was there on the first day of the job to make sure the crew understood what was to be done and if we had any questions. The crew showed up when promised and were very professional and courteous. They made sure we knew what they were going to do and the time frame involved. They cleaned up every day and left the property clean when done. The house is all wood and a large area to paint. They paid attention to the small details and made sure everything looked right. They did a great job and the house looks beautiful! Doug came back after the job was completed to do a final walk around to make sure we were satisfied. Everyone was focused on customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company to all, and already have. I explained my circumstances, that I am very much pregnant, and could not do any of the moving, even a small chair. They handled EVERYTHING for me. I was very comfortable leaving the house with them there, even with my two small dogs at the residence. They did a fantastic job and followed up the day the work was completed to be sure I was happy with results. **In addition** They are very clean workers. That was important to me.
