We’re very happy with the house, and your guys did a fantastic job. We appreciate how efficient they were while still paying attention to detail. Every aspect of our experience was beyond expectation, from interactions with Doug and Brad, to Michelle the color consultant coming out, and obviously working with the crew themselves. Doug even went the extra mile to address some of our concerns. We weren’t satisfied with the finish on the shutters, a couple of missed spots around windows, and his guys had accidentally took the tops off of some flowers when moving their equipment. Doug scheduled an additional trip out to the house and addressed our concerns without additional charge. He also offered to replace the flowers, which wasn’t necessary (and we politely declined), but still a nice gesture nonetheless. We’ve already recommended Pinpoint to friends

The owners contacted me immediately after my first contact. They came out promptly and provided me with a very professional exterior staining estimate. Their price was competitive if not slightly less than other quotes. They were able to schedule the job fairly quickly and despite weather obstacles, complete the job much faster than expected. The crew was excellent and did great prep and clean up. They were extremely conscience about clean up and preventing overspray or spills. I would highly recommend them.

They were very prompt in coming out to give me an estimate. The price point was right were i expected it to be for the job. After Doug explained what to expect & what type of paint i had to choose from he told me a little about his family which make me feel a little more at ease when someone is going to be working in my house. We set a date to start the project. They were right on time in coming to the house to get set up & start painting when they were done they cleaned up any mess. When i saw a few spots that need touch up they came right out to do them no questions asked and also told me that if i notice anything in the future all i have to do is call. I will definitely be calling them for future painting!!! I would recommend them for any painting needs!!
