I contacted Pinpoint Painting to paint a great room, upper, lower hallways, and foyer of our home. Zach showed up on schedule, took a lot of time to discuss our needs, and said he would follow up with a written quote. He also offered to paint sample patches on our walls, and send us an image of what the room would look like once we had decided upon a color. And he did just that! His courteous and professional demeanor, coupled with his sense of true customer service is what sold us! There were no hidden costs, fees or extra add-ons-just what his quote had indicated. The work was completed, when scheduled, by an extremely personable and seasoned painter, and looks beautiful. Zach came to check on the job once it was completed, to look it over, and to make sure that we were satisfied with the work, which we were! We get complements on the thoroughness, neatness, attention to detail and just overall look of the painting. I highly recommend this company and would hire them again!

We hired Pinpoint Painting to paint the exterior of our 2.5 story home, and we couldn’t be happier with the job they did! Rick and the team were courteous and professional, and very conscious of our neighbors. After the team made our home look brand new, Doug came by to review their work and promised to bring a team in the spring to touch up any spots after potential winter damage. We’re very happy with the house, and your guys did a fantastic job. We appreciate how efficient they were while still paying attention to detail. Every aspect of our experience was beyond expectation, from interactions with Doug and Brad, to Michelle the color consultant coming out, and obviously working with the crew themselves. Doug even went the extra mile to address some of our concerns. We weren’t satisfied with the finish on the shutters, a couple of missed spots around windows, and his guys had accidentally took the tops off of some flowers when moving their equipment. Doug scheduled an additional trip out to the house and addressed our concerns without additional charge. He also offered to replace the flowers, which wasn’t necessary (and we politely declined), but still a nice gesture nonetheless. We’ve already recommended Pinpoint to friends
