His drive to meeting and exceeding customer expectations, runs throughout the people he employs. In our case (home exterior painted), weather posed problems but throughout the on/off again scheduling, Doug and his people strove to keep us informed and work where/when they could. The final outcome was excellent! Also, his recommendation we speak with a paint consultant proved valuable with our decisions on color scheme. We assessed three different paint companies and while Doug’s was not the cheapest, you could tell after meeting him that he would be good to his word. We would work with Doug again.

Doug, one of the owners, provided the quote. He was very professional and personable. He explained the work and the cost. The estimate was the final amount. No surprises. Doug and Kristen were very attentive to questions and quick with responses. They kept us informed along the way. Doug was there on the first day of the job to make sure the crew understood what was to be done and if we had any questions. The crew showed up when promised and were very professional and courteous. They made sure we knew what they were going to do and the time frame involved. They cleaned up every day and left the property clean when done. The house is all wood and a large area to paint. They paid attention to the small details and made sure everything looked right. They did a great job and the house looks beautiful! Doug came back after the job was completed to do a final walk around to make sure we were satisfied. Everyone was focused on customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.
