We’re very happy with the house, and your guys did a fantastic job. We appreciate how efficient they were while still paying attention to detail. Every aspect of our experience was beyond expectation, from interactions with Doug and Brad, to Michelle the color consultant coming out, and obviously working with the crew themselves. Doug even went the extra mile to address some of our concerns. We weren’t satisfied with the finish on the shutters, a couple of missed spots around windows, and his guys had accidentally took the tops off of some flowers when moving their equipment. Doug scheduled an additional trip out to the house and addressed our concerns without additional charge. He also offered to replace the flowers, which wasn’t necessary (and we politely declined), but still a nice gesture nonetheless. We’ve already recommended Pinpoint to friends

It was all very good. The interior designer helped my wife with color selections and the workers were all very wonderful and nice to have in our home.

We had to get some exterior painting done due to violations with the city of cleveland heights (sigh).  Of course, I procrastinated.  I just could not get excited about exterior painting.  Thus, a mildly frantic search ensued towards the end of exterior painting season.   Pinpoint was able to fit us is in, quoted less than a second company I had out for an estimate, and finished the job in one day.   The painters where nice and helpful.  The only negative was when they left we. Noticed our gate was hanging off the hinges – luckily we were able to fido it when a few hammer strokes, but it would  have been nice if they gave us a head up!

We had the entire interior painted. It was very important for us to make good choices as it was a big project. We are very satisfied with our decision to hire Pinpoint Painting. Everything went really smooth. They are all very professional and top notch. They took extreme care to make sure the work was high quality and we were happy with the results as well. We wanted to make some changes during the middle of the project as didn’t like the colors we had selected for our master bedroom and bath. They were very accommodating. I would highly recommend Doug and his crew members to anyone.
