Here is our 7 step exterior process:

1. Evaluate
   During your consultation/estimate we will carefully examine the outside of your home, noting any previous coating failures and looking for potential problem areas. Our experts will determine the right preparation and coating system for your home and explain our proposed solution to you whilst answering any questions you may have.
2. Clean/Power Wash
   All exterior surfaces typically have layers or dirt, algae, and mildew that require cleaning prior to painting or staining. Cleaning these surfaces is essential for proper adhesion of the coatings. We will remove all surface contaminants and allow adequate time for drying prior to painting.
3. Scraping/Repair
   Power washing and cleaning does not always remove all loose coating. Our next steps if needed, contains scraping any loose coatings caused by peeling, bubbling, or blistering. Any minor repairs will also be done by our experienced painters to ensure a smooth, tight surface prior to painting.
4. Priming
   After cleaning, scraping, and repairing, we will use an appropriate primer to seal and prepare any exposed surfaces for the topcoat. Primers provide a solid foundation for proper adhesion and a uniform finish of the topcoat.
5. Caulking & Glazing
   We use high quality exterior sealant to seal any cracks, joints, seams, and nail holes. Any loose caulking or glazing is removed to ensure a tight seal.
6. Painting or Staining
   Once all necessary surface preparation and priming is complete, we will use a high quality topcoat to finish the job. We offer various exterior coating options which will be explained fully at the time of your estimate.
7. Final Walkthrough
   Our goal is to achieve 100% Satisfaction from our customers. Your crew foreman will do a final walkthrough with you to ensure the job meets your expectations.
